Wheelchair Accessible Condominiums for Rent
to Qualified Very Low Income People with Disabilities.
!! WAITING LIST FOR THIS PROGRAM IS CLOSED!!
The wait list is expected to open in July 2010
- One and two bedroom units
- All units include washer and dryer
- Residents pay no more than 30% of their adjusted gross income
- Some units include single car garage
- Condominium development includes pool and community center
- Two different communities, call for location and availability
Eligible Residents
- Must be at or below 50% of the median area income
- Head of Household must have a qualified disability, according to HUD
guidelines
Please note that this housing program does not accept Section 8 Vouchers
